Beta terms
Terms for the private Trajectory beta.

Current beta status
The current release is a private testing service. It does not accept payment and no paid Plus contract is offered until checkout, confirmation email, a business correspondence address and final commercial terms are active.
Purpose and eligibility
Trajectory provides educational career-planning scenarios, role ideas, progress tools and suggested actions for adults aged 18 or over. It is not professional career, financial, legal, immigration, medical or educational-admissions advice.
Accounts
The workspace uses Sign in with ChatGPT, so Trajectory does not store a separate password. Users are responsible for securing their ChatGPT account, providing accurate information and keeping access to their email. Account export and deletion controls are provided inside the workspace.
No guarantees
Salary ranges, role matches, opportunity labels, AI messages and timelines are estimates or suggestions. They do not guarantee income, employment, admission, qualification success or any other outcome. Current entry requirements, salaries, vacancies and visa conditions must be checked with authoritative sources.
Appropriate use
Do not use Trajectory to make employment decisions about another person, discriminate, impersonate someone, upload unlawful or malicious material, probe security controls, automate excessive requests or submit information you do not have permission to use.
Files and user content
You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You permit Trajectory to process them only to provide, secure and improve the requested service. Upload only your own career documents and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Future paid service
Before payment is enabled, checkout will show the price, renewal interval, cancellation process, service start, required consumer information and a saveable confirmation. Stripe will process card information; Trajectory will not store full card numbers. The planned Plus price is £9 per month until changed before purchase.
Availability and changes
The beta may change, be suspended or contain errors. Reasonable steps will be taken to preserve hosted data, but users should keep independent copies of important documents. Material privacy or commercial changes will be communicated before they take effect.
