Privacy notice
How Trajectory handles personal information.
Last updated 13 August 2026. This notice covers the private UK beta operated by Lee Martins as a sole trader.
Controller and contact
Lee Martins, trading as Trajectory, is the data controller for information handled by this beta. Privacy requests can be sent to leem98088@gmail.com. A publishable business correspondence address will be added before commercial launch.
Information, purposes and lawful basis
Services and recipients
The hosted platform provides database, private file storage, security and sign-in delivery. When separately activated, Stripe will process subscription payments, Resend will deliver transactional email, and OpenAI will process paid-coach prompts and relevant profile context. Optional first-party analytics is stored in Trajectory's hosted database. These services receive only the information needed for their function.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Before commercial activation, Trajectory will record each provider's location, contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanism. Paid AI, email and payment features remain disabled until their accounts and disclosures are completed.
Retention
Account information is kept while the account is active and is deleted through the account controls when requested, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Uploaded files are deleted immediately from active storage when the user removes them. Waitlist and support records will be reviewed at least annually. Security and error records are retained only as long as needed to investigate reliability and abuse. Formal retention automation must be verified before commercial launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. The workspace provides a JSON export and account deletion control. You may also contact the email above or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
AI and automated recommendations
The free assessment uses transparent planning rules. The paid coach will use generative AI only after subscription and service activation. Neither system makes employment, admission, credit or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently checked.
Security and age
Trajectory uses authenticated server-side access checks, encrypted HTTPS connections, private object storage, signed payment webhooks, input limits and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The beta is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Private beta notice
This operational draft records the current product design. It requires professional legal review, a business correspondence address and final provider details before a paid public launch.
